Students entering 7th grade are required to have one dose of Tap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis) vaccine and one dose of meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV4). The vaccine must be MCV4 vaccine- NOT the meningitis B vaccine.

Students entering 12th grade are required to have a booster (second) dose of meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV4) if they have not already received one. The booster must be MCV4 vaccine- NOT the meningitis B vaccine.

An up-to-date immunization record indicating that your student has received all required immunizations is due to the school nurse by the first day of attendance for the 2022-23 school year.
