Advancement Via Individual Determination:

All students at CITI High School are enrolled in the AVID Elective classes on campus each semester in order to support their high school success and promote college and career readiness through the use of WICOR (writing, inquiry, collaboration, organization, and reading) and other AVID strategies. All teachers attend AVID professional development trainings to provide a variety of individual academic, social, and emotional support for each student. Therefore, student success in both high school and college level courses at Nash Community College is all but guaranteed.
